New presentations breathe life into the oldest of our photographs. In this case, we utilized the Japanese “Shou Sugi Ban” technique which involves burning wood resulting in a beautiful new finish that differs from any stain or paint. This kiss of fire also protects the wood from rot and insects. Sawtooth hangers nestled on the back of these planks also allow for flexibility in presentation.
