You may return unframed prints purchased from Barloga Studios for a full refund less the original shipping charges. You must communicate your desire to return merchandise to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Make sure that the original packaging is kept, as it is imperative that all prints with the exception of Grand Formats be returned to us flat and in perfect condition.
how to return unframed prints:
- Within 7 days of delivery contact us by email at email@example.com and inform us of your intent to return.
-Repackage the artwork in the original packing materials. If the original packaging is not available, then you must purchase similar materials or pay a shipping professional to do so. Damaged prints caused by improper packaging or any prints returned rolled will not be refunded.
-Use a trackable shipping service to make your return shipment. Make sure your that your return shipment is fully insured.

Due to the size and intricacies of our grand format prints, they are considered “custom.” As a result, all sales for these products are final, and returns will only be accepted for specific circumstances.
Each framed prints is made to order specifically for you (size, paper, frame, etc.) therefore is considered custom and cannot be returned.
At Barloga Studios, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all our valued customers. However, it is imperative to note that we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, cost, or delays arising from shipping errors if the customer has provided an inaccurate or incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate and up to date.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package. Furthermore, any delays or issues in the delivery process resulting from an incorrect address will not be our liability.
-All packages are fully insured and shipped via UPS or USPS.
-Print only orders are generally shipped in 1-5 days. Framed orders are more complicated and take more time but will generally ship 3-10 days after the order is received. Please add 2-6 business days for the delivery depending on your distance from California.
-When ordering, please use your street address, as our shipping company does not deliver to post office box numbers
-Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for rates.
-For international orders outside the continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada) or to ship to Military Post Offices (APO, FPO, etc.) please email us at email@example.com for rates.
In the unusual event of an incorrect or damaged order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can remedy the situation.
When damage in transit occurs:
1) place the item back in its original packaging and keep all packing materials.
2) email us and let us know what damage occurred. Pictures of the damage (both packaging and product) are extremely helpful for our claims against the carrier. Please email them if you can.
3) We will begin production of your replacement piece immediately.
