Return Policy

Generally Speaking 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unframed prints in our Small and Standard sizes may be returned for a refund, less the original shipping charges. Custom items—including framed prints and Grand Format (40×60) unframed prints—are made to order and are non-returnable. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

Lead Time

Each piece is made to order and handcrafted. Production timelines vary by season and item, and some pieces require additional time to complete. Please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipment.

Shipping Information

Transit times vary by location. All orders ship from California via UPS. Once an order has shipped, transit time may take up to 6 business days depending on destination. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Barloga Studios is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. Orders returned due to address errors are considered final sale.

International, Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO Orders

For all international orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses), customers must contact us for shipping rates prior to placing an order. Any order placed without contacting us in advance for shipping rates may be voided or canceled at our discretion.

Unframed Prints (Small & Standard Sizes)

Unframed prints purchased from Barloga Studios in our Small and Standard sizes may be returned for a refund, less original shipping charges, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of delivery.

• Prints must be returned flat, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.  

•  “Perfect condition” means free of creases, dents, marks, edge wear, handling damage, or any other signs of use. 

• Original packaging must be retained. If original packaging is unavailable, equivalent professional packaging must be used.

Damaged prints resulting from improper packaging, or any prints returned rolled, will not be refunded. 

How to Return Unframed Prints

• Within 7 days of delivery, email info@barlogastudios.com to request a return. 

• Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials.

• Ship using a trackable and fully insured shipping service.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unframed Prints — Grand Format (40×60)

Grand Format prints are considered custom, made-to-order items due to their size and handling requirements. All sales are final. Returns or replacements will only be considered for approved damage in transit claims reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation and accompanied by required documentation.

Framed Prints

All framed prints are made to order based on your selected size, paper, and frame. As custom items, framed prints cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damage in Transit

While rare, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following are required:

• Clear photos of the damaged item.

• Clear photos of the original packaging and shipping box.

• A brief description of the damage.

All packaging materials must be retained until the claim is resolved. Once damage is confirmed and required documentation is received, approved replacements will be placed into production.

Damage claims reported outside the 72-hour window, or submitted without the required documentation, will be denied.

Sale & Promotional Items

Any item purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or discounted offering is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, sitewide sales, promotional discounts, and special offers.

Natural Materials & Craftsmanship

Our work is produced using handcrafted and natural materials. Variations in texture, tone, paper characteristics, and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
